Over the next 3–6 months, we'll be developing a new ticketing platform designed specifically for organisations and event organisers.

Our new approach will move away from traditional per-ticket fees, instead offering a straightforward and transparent pricing structure based on the event and the number of tickets being sold.

Platform access ends

From 1 November 2026, organisers will no longer have access to the existing GeekTickets platform, including event dashboards, customer information and sales reports.

We strongly encourage you to download any customer or sales reports you may need before 1 November 2026.

Access after closure

If you require access to your historical customer or ticket sales data after this date, it will only be available by submitting a direct request to our team. You will no longer have access to the platform.
